Clients have the right
to step back from their order within 14 days from the date of purchase by a
declaration by email, fax or postal letter or by simply returning the product by
paid and trackable shipment. The period of 14 days starts from the reception of
the goods. The goods may not be used during this period. They may be opened and
inspected like you would do in a normal warehouse or store.
In case of a cancellation each party of the contract is obliged to return the itens and amounts received. If the client is not able to return the goods in the original state (exept for opened packaging for inspection), especially if the product(s) are used or damaged, the client is liable for these damages. The client can prevent such situations by not putting the product(s) into use and avoiding all action that would decrease the products' value.
Goods that can be shipped by parcel you have to return by trackable shipment at your cost. Preferably use the original packing for return shipment.
If the goods are returned in original unused shape, we check them and give you a refund by the payment method you have used when ordering.
REFUNDS for products returned in original shape and quality:
Inside Germany with standard shipment: Full amount
Express shipments or delivery outside Germany: Goods Value
If there are any problems with the goods, we contact you to find a mutual aggreement. Cancellation return and refund must be completed within 30 days from your cancellation message. Please make sure you send us an information about the tracking number of your return shipment. Thank you!
